Consulting scope, timing, fees, and deliverables are confirmed in a written proposal. Digital products are licensed for the purchaser’s internal business use and may not be resold or redistributed.

Payments and refunds

Payment terms appear at checkout or in the applicable proposal. Refund and cancellation terms for digital products are stated at checkout and apply subject to applicable law.
